Director, Operational Excellence

Role: Director, Operational Excellence at Genmab, driving strategy and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across research, development, and TechOps functions. Responsibilities: evolve enterprise standards and governance, lead transformation projects, coach leaders on Lean/6 sigma principles, influence cross-functional teams, measure impact through KPIs, and embed a culture of innovation and accountability. Requirements: Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related; 15+ years in Operational Excellence or continuous improvement, with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification; experience leading enterprise-wide frameworks and influencing senior stakeholders; strong analytical, communication, and change management skills. High-Value: biotech/pharma experience, preferably within regulated contexts; expertise in AI-enabled process improvements; global, matrix organization experience; focus on accelerating scientific and operational maturity.
