Director - Oncology Research

Role: Director of Oncology Research leading antibody-based therapeutics development for solid tumors, with a focus on T-cell engager programs. Responsibilities: oversee preclinical research, identify novel targets, build and manage a high-performing team, coordinate with cross-functional teams on tumor biology, target validation, and translational research; establish external collaborations and evaluate external opportunities, including business development. Requirements: PhD in Cancer Biology, Cell Biology, Genetics, or related field with 4+ years of relevant experience; management experience; expertise in oncology, tumor biology, and antibody engineering; experience with immuno-oncology modalities such as T-cell engagers and ADCs. Preferred: 12+ years industry experience, knowledge of NSCLC/lung cancer, and AI/ML application in research.
