Role: Director, Oncology R&D Strategy and Portfolio Management, responsible for developing and executing an integrated oncology research and development portfolio strategy. Responsibilities: lead portfolio strategy, prioritization, and governance across discovery through late-stage development; facilitate senior leadership decision-making; support cross-functional alignment and continuous improvement in portfolio processes; develop analytics and scenarios to optimize portfolio value; and represent portfolio strategies with internal and external stakeholders. Requirements: advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, MBA); 10-15 years in biopharma, with at least 7 years in drug R&D strategy, portfolio management, or analytics; experience in oncology preferred.
