Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight for development of access strategies for the New Products portfolio.
- Manage early access planning for 10+ new oncology assets in the pipeline.
- Drive projects supporting list price, lifecycle gross-to-net, and discount/contracting assumptions; IRA legislation and policy impacts; site of care and dispense assumptions; and payer/provider/pathway value message planning.
- Create and maintain early access strategies per asset, including evidence needs, value messaging, list price strategy, contracting options (including value-based), distribution, customer segment/site of care strategy, payer policy inclusion, provider access and reimbursement, patient access/OOP, pathway inclusion, and legislative policy impact.
- Support portfolio-based access strategies.
- Align finance and manage access inputs to annual and long-term forecasting for new products.
- Develop pre-approval information exchange strategy (PIE).
- Build capabilities via modeling, research, dashboards, and analytics for early product access.
- Oversee transition planning to in-line teams for products closer to launch.
- Support ad-hoc new product asset analysis.
Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelorโs degree.
- Minimum 8 years combined experience in pharmaceutical marketing, organized customer management, managed care/payer marketing, or sales.
- Experience with managed markets/policy customer segments, account management and/or customer marketing.
- Understanding of healthcare trends and policy impacts.
- Deep US market access experience.
- Analytic and modeling experience.
- Proven leadership and ability to lead cross-functionally; strategic/critical thinking, problem solving, and communication.
Qualifications (Preferred):
- Masterโs degree.
- Director-level marketing or managed care/payer marketing or account management.
- Oncology experience (IV and Oral); individualized medicine/cell and gene therapies.
