Role: Director of Oncology Medical Engagement Excellence within BMS's Medical Engagement (MedEngageX) team, focusing on strategic planning, medical insights, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize medical field efforts and scientific communication in oncology. Responsibilities: partner in global medical strategy development; drive alignment of engagement activities; support medical data communication, congress support, and study facilitation; lead strategic initiatives like Fast Insight Review forums; ensure compliance and ethical standards; and demonstrate value of medical engagement through measurable impact. Requirements: advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD), 5+ years in Medical Affairs within pharma/biotech, with strong oncology or solid tumor expertise preferred; proven experience in global or cross-market roles; strategic leadership and influencing skills; proficiency in analytics, AI tools, and scientific communication; ability to collaborate across complex matrix organizations and external partners.
