Director of Oncology US Market Access Marketing, ETENTA

Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction for Marketing vision, strategies, plans, and resource investment for ETENTA (“One for All AbbVie” mindset).
- Accountable for market access marketing strategy across payer channels (Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, VA, and other access segments) and key account/community oncology channels.
- Lead strategic alignment with Market Access field teams; coordinate strategy, communication, and alignment across US Market Access channel/policy partners, Oncology Commercial Organization, and US Medical Affairs.
- Develop market access strategies and tactics supporting brand objectives and reflecting ETENTA’s clinical, economic, and competitive profile.
- Shape value stories, tools, and customer engagement approaches for payer, provider, institution, government, and community stakeholders.
- Leverage data, analytics, and strategic insight across marketing.
- Serve as Market Access and reimbursement subject matter expert; provide input to Pipeline Market Access team and participate in relevant product Value and Access Teams (VATs).
- Act as Market Access contact for Oncology leadership for Plan, LBE, LRP and other financial/planning processes.
- Collaborate with Brand/GPO/Trade Marketing, Payer/GPO account teams, Market Access Insights, Medical Payer Strategy, Legal, and Office of Ethics & Compliance.
- Determine appropriate action, execution, tracking/monitoring using scenario planning, segmentation, positioning, innovation, creative development, and investment optimization.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 10+ years pharmaceutical experience; cross-functional experience (field sales, finance, market analytics, brand marketing) valued.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing principles; ability to develop strategic plans, conduct/interprete market research, and understand regulatory environment.
- Strong communication; cross-functional collaboration; stakeholder relationship building in matrix environments.
- Optimistic, inquisitive, solution-oriented; able to drive results independently.

Preferred:
- Advanced degree/Master’s in related healthcare field.
- Market Access in Multiple Myeloma/Hematology experience.
- Commercialization of physician-administered oncolytics; Medical Benefit and reimbursement experience; external collaboration experience.
