Director of Oncology US Market Access Marketing, ETENTA
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Provide leadership and direction for ETENTA marketing vision, strategies, plans, and resource investment (โOne for All AbbVieโ mindset).
- Build stakeholder value propositions by articulating business strategy and economic choices.
- Serve as a Market Access contact for Oncology leadership for Plan, LBE, LRP, and other financial & planning processes.
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing, GPO Marketing, Trade Marketing, Payer/GPO account teams, Market Access Insights, Medical Payer Strategy, Legal, and Ethics & compliance.
- Set tone and priorities; influence and persuade across external and internal stakeholders.
- Act as US Market Access and reimbursement subject matter expert; provide input to Pipeline Market Access and participate in Value and Access Teams (VATs).
- Infuse AbbVie Ways of Working and Talent Philosophy; use coaching to influence cross-functional partners.
- Determine execution approach and track/monitor projects using scenario planning, segmentation, positioning, innovation, creative development, and investment optimization.
Qualifications:
Basic:
- Bachelorโs Degree required.
- 10+ years pharmaceutical experience with cross-functional experience (field sales, finance, market analytics, brand marketing).
- Strong pharmaceutical marketing principles/practices; ability to develop strategic plans, conduct/interp market research, and understand regulatory environment.
- Strong communication; cross-functional collaboration; build stakeholder relationships in matrix environments.
- Optimistic, inquisitive, solution-oriented; able to drive results independently.
Preferred:
- Advanced Degree/Masters in related healthcare field strongly preferred.
- Market Access in Multiple Myeloma/Hematology experience preferred.
- Commercialization of physician-administered oncolytics.
- Experience in Medical Benefit and reimbursement.
- Experience in external collaboration.
