Director, Oncology Field Medical Outcomes

Position Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Oncology Medical lead for assigned customers (Northeast U.S.), providing objective, scientifically sound medical and outcomes-based information on Pfizer Oncology products.
- Develop and deliver real-world evidence, pharmacoeconomic insights, and HIT-enabled initiatives to improve patient care, close quality gaps, and support population health.
- Lead customer-specific medical strategies and collaborations; engage key external stakeholders; support formulary and decision-making needs; work cross-functionally to align outcomes research, insights, and medical initiatives.
- Lead high-impact outcomes initiatives that close quality gaps, advance population health, and support formulary and care-delivery decision-making.
- Translate customer insights into enterprise value through cross-functional collaboration with HEOR, Field Medical, and commercial partners.
- Maintain deep market and customer intelligence in a complex, evolving healthcare landscape.
Minimum Qualifications / Skills:
- PharmD/PhD/Terminal degree with 5+ years of experience OR Masterβs degree with 7+ years of experience.
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- Clinical, formulary, and/or health-system management
- Managed Care, pharmaceutical industry, health-system operations, and/or Quality Improvement
- Data Analytics and/or HEOR with strong methodological skills (study design, data analysis, interpretation)
- Interacting with healthcare decision makers and population health providers
- Clear and concise communication of scientific information
- Study design/methodology/data analysis principles and customer communication
- Influencing and collaborating with peers to create business impact
- Strong situational leadership
- Travel: able to travel (including overnight) ~40β50% and located within a 2-hour drive of a major airport.
- Able to operate a Pfizer company car with a valid U.S. driverβs license and regularly fly.
Work Location: Remote - Field Based.
Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Annual base salary range: $176,600.00β$294,300.00; bonus target 20% of base; eligibility for share-based long-term incentive.
