Role: Lead bioanalytical scientist within AstraZeneca's Integrated Bioanalysis (IBA) Global Team, supporting Oncology/Immuno-oncology pipeline. Responsibilities: design and implement robust bioanalytical strategies for PK, immunogenicity, and biomarkers; serve as project lead for select programs; collaborate with internal labs, CROs, and cross-functional teams; ensure assay development and validation aligned with regulatory standards; contribute to regulatory submissions and agency interactions; represent scientific excellence through publications and presentations. Requirements: Bachelor's (10+ years) or Master's (7+ years) in immunology, molecular biology, or related field; proven expertise in regulated bioanalysis across modalities such as PK, immunogenicity, ADCs, radio-conjugates, TCEs, biologics; experience leading project teams; strong knowledge of analytical techniques (ligand binding, LC-MS, PCR, flow cytometry); familiarity with global regulatory expectations and submissions; ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; leadership experience in matrixed teams. Preferred: experience with radioconjugates, cell therapy, small molecules, immunology, and assay transfer at CROs. High-value specifics include supporting diverse biologics and modality types, working within regulated environments, and contributing to global regulatory processes. Location: US research hubs (Gaithersburg, MD or Boston, MA), with stakeholder interaction and project leadership responsibilities.
