Main Responsibilities
- Execute an analytics-driven Omnichannel Enablement strategy aligned to stakeholders and the Omnichannel vision.
- Pull through customer engagement plans and omnichannel journeys.
- Co-create with orchestration analytics colleagues to integrate relevant data insights and align to core Key Business Questions/deliverables.
- Identify, prioritize, and coordinate omnichannel capability initiatives that deliver significant brand value.
- Establish a working rhythm across web, media, social, print, and other channels to ensure effective content pull-through and fast speed-to-market.
- Monitor and adapt omnichannel campaigns; advise brands on tactical shifts to meet objectives.
- Advise customer engagement strategy and plans; ensure seamless pull-through to orchestration and maximize marketing ROI.
- Design and deploy analytics-driven capabilities for personalized customer interactions.
- Manage external vendors/third parties to secure capacity, explore innovations, and ensure delivery.
- Ensure sharing of best practices across brand campaigns.
- Collaborate with Global, Brand, Digital, and other counterparts.
- Design and deliver knowledge-sharing and upskilling plans.
- Define transformation program delivery roadmaps and assess partner/agency ways-of-working adaptations.
- Drive agile, customer-oriented cultural change; act as first escalation point for scope/time/budget/risk concerns.
- Establish portfolio integration opportunities/synergies; serve on the Enablement Directors forum.
Qualifications / Experience
- Bachelorβs degree in business, marketing, or technology (or equivalent).
- 7+ years in omnichannel/digital marketing execution (pharma/life sciences/biotech preferred).
- 5+ years leading by influence in matrix, multi-functional environments.
- 3+ years leading a high-performing, multi-functional team.
- Experience managing external vendors.
