Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
Strategy & Planning
- Plan development of campaign journeys for target segments with brand marketing, defining data/capability requirements and ensuring execution feasibility.
- Use in-depth knowledge of customer behaviors, needs, and preferences to inform engagement plans (audience development, targeting, channel selection, campaign orchestration).
- Support persona development, segmentation, and patient services strategies for personalized engagement at scale.

Execution & Enablement
- Define, document, and implement operational best practices for tactic development via owned channels (web, email), cross-channel campaign management, and required capabilities.
- Own day-to-day operations for owned channels, including maintaining a content calendar to coordinate HCP and patient activities.
- Coordinate seamless execution of omnichannel programs with cross-functional partners.
- Collaborate with creative/media agencies and brand marketers to coordinate content development and internal capabilities.

Analytics & Reporting
- Define KPIs/metrics to measure impact of digital channels and omnichannel initiatives.
- Establish a learning agenda to test, optimize, and iterate on performance and channel effectiveness.
- Continuously monitor and optimize digital channels, media spend/channel mix, and campaigns.
- Partner with Commercial Operations and IT to build and maintain real-time/near-time reporting dashboards.

Qualifications & Experience
- BS required; MBA/advanced degree preferred. 10+ years in digital/omnichannel marketing or operations; life sciences/healthcare experience preferred.
- Proven track record planning/executing omnichannel campaigns with data-driven, experimental, customer-centric, operationally excellent results.
- Deep knowledge of SEO, SEM, social, email, content marketing, paid media; UX; and digital performance measurement.
- Ambition to learn rare disease marketing.
- Ability to independently drive projects to completion.
- Strong analytical, presentation, organizational, and solution-oriented skills; ability to multitask in fast-paced environments; champion change.

Salary Range: $230,000–$240,000 annually. Salary commensurate with experience.
