Director, Omnichannel Digital Marketing

Responsibilities:
- Plan development of campaign journeys for target segments in partnership with brand marketing, defining data and capability requirements and ensuring execution feasibility.
- Use in-depth knowledge of customer behaviors, needs, and preferences to refine engagement plans (audience development, targeting, channel selection, and campaign orchestration).
- Support initiatives such as persona development, segmentation, and patient services strategies to enable personalized engagement at scale.
- Define, document, and implement operational best practices for tactic development through owned channels (e.g., web, email), cross-channel campaign management, and required capabilities.
- Own day-to-day operations for owned channels, including maintaining a content calendar, to ensure visibility and coordination of HCP and patient activities.
- Coordinate seamless execution of omnichannel programs with cross-functional partners.
- Collaborate with creative/media agencies and brand marketers to coordinate content development and internal capabilities for campaign delivery.
- Define KPIs and metrics to measure impact of digital channels and omnichannel initiatives for HCP and patient campaigns.
- Establish a learning agenda to test, optimize, and iterate on campaign performance and channel effectiveness.
- Continuously monitor and optimize digital channels, media spend/media channel mix, and omnichannel campaigns to meet marketing objectives.
- Partner with Commercial Operations and IT to build and maintain reporting dashboards for real-time/near-time tracking.

Qualifications:
- BS degree required (MBA or advanced degree preferred); 10+ years’ experience in digital marketing, omnichannel marketing, or operations.
- Experience in life sciences or healthcare industry preferred.
- Proven track record planning and executing omnichannel marketing campaigns with data-driven strategy, experimentation, customer-centricity, and operational excellence.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social, email, content, paid media), UX, and digital performance measurement.
- Ambition to learn more about rare disease marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to independently drive projects to completion.

Salary:
- $230,000–$240,000 annually (commensurate with experience).
