Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive omnichannel analytics strategy aligned to business objectives.
- Lead omnichannel analytics, insights, data architecture, and testing roadmap; communicate results to Marketing and Commercial Analytics leadership.
- Analyze HCP/patient behavior, engagement, and exposure to define customer segments; collaborate to build targeting strategies, multi-channel mix models, and message optimization by journey.
- Lead omnichannel analytics team long-term.
- Lead end-to-end measurement of digital marketing performance across websites, paid media, email/CRM, social, and programmatic.
- Analyze engagement journeys to find optimization opportunities; define and track KPIs (awareness, engagement, conversion, patient support outcomes).
- Develop dashboards/reporting for real-time performance visibility.
- Own test-and-learn roadmap across channels (test design and implementation, internally or via vendors).
- Use attribution modeling, multi-channel mix modeling, and predictive analytics; assess audience models for channel use.
- Partner to explore next-best-action and AI-driven personalization.
- Collaborate with IT on integration of digital data sources; ensure accuracy/consistency/governance.
- Evaluate/implement analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, CDPs, BI) and design marketing data architecture/roadmap.
Qualifications (Required/Preferred)
- Bachelorโs in a quantitative field; MBA/MS/PhD preferred.
- 8+ years analytics experience (digital/omnichannel preferred), preferably pharma/biotech.
- Strong statistical measurement; data mining/exploratory analytics with SQL, R, or Python.
- Expertise in omnichannel/marketing performance/customer journey analytics.
- Rare disease/specialty therapeutics highly preferred.
- Experience with CRM (e.g., Veeva) and digital marketing platforms; A/B testing (e.g., Optimizely).
- Proven influence of senior stakeholders; translate analytics into business impact.
- Strong communication/storytelling; simplify complex analyses; lead teams/cross-functional initiatives.
