Role: Lead the development and operationalization of an Omics Enabling Platform integrating transcriptomics, automation, robotics, and AI to advance AI-Native Drug Discovery. Responsibilities: own end-to-end omics capabilities including bulk and single-cell RNA-seq, WGS, and long-read sequencing; design automated, scalable workflows; generate high-quality, AI-ready data; interpret complex datasets for biological insights; lead automation, robotics, and computational infrastructure; establish agentic AI strategies; and oversee team leadership across biology, engineering, and AI disciplines. Requirements: PhD in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Genomics, or related field; 10+ years in cell biology, omics platforms, and computational biology; expertise in transcriptomics, automation, robotics, and data platforms; proven ability to translate omics data into biological insights and lead multidisciplinary teams.
