Role: Lead analytical scientist for Lilly Genetic Medicine (LGM), overseeing analytical characterization, biophysical analysis, downstream process development, and analytical technology implementation for oligonucleotides and conjugates. Requirements: Ph.D. in analytical or bioanalytical chemistry with 7+ years in biopharma, including 2+ years people management and lab operations.
