Director of Talent Acquistion

Role: Strategic leader and hands-on recruiter overseeing global Talent Acquisition in a biopharma tech setting, focusing on sourcing highly specialized talent across complex functions to accelerate biological mastery. Responsibilities: develop and execute TAL strategy aligned with fast-evolving business needs; lead and elevate an established TA team, fostering ownership and continuous improvement; personally manage senior-level, R&D, and science searches; build deep networks with senior leaders and hiring managers; modernize TA processes with new technologies, AI, and data; implement metrics-driven decision-making, including dashboards and pipeline analytics; serve as a strategic partner within the broader People team. Requirements: proven leadership in talent acquisition, especially in scientific or technology sectors; strong experience scaling teams; data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics; operational excellence and success managing complex projects; executive presence and advisory skills. Preferred: experience with change management, operational transformation, and high-volume hiring.
