Director of Solution Engineering, Patient Experience (primary location: Titusville, NJ; occasional domestic travel in NJ/PA)

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end engineering strategy for patient engagement platforms; align to business priorities, regulatory requirements, and enterprise architecture.
- Define/enforce modern architecture (microservices/SOA, event-driven, API-first/headless).
- Establish reusable, scalable platform capabilities; drive secure-by-design/privacy-first practices.
- Lead adoption of agentic AI architecture (composable/orchestrated capabilities across channels/content/tenants).
- Deliver scalable, resilient systems; implement modern SDLC (CI/CD, automated testing, release orchestration).
- Track/improve engineering performance (cycle time, deployment frequency, MTTR, defect escape rate).
- Oversee core platforms: Salesforce (Apex/LWC/Flows/MuleSoft), Genesys Cloud, AWS, and DevOps/SRE/Observability (Terraform, Kubernetes/EKS, Jenkins, New Relic, OpenSearch).
- Partner cross-functionally (call center, pharmacy, patient services); standardize patterns with enterprise/regional teams.
- Ensure platform stability and lifecycle; drive incident improvement; enable unified cross-functional data views.
- Enable data/insights via end-to-end patient engagement data flows.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 10+ years in Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences.
- 8+ years in CRM/platform/patient experience solutions, including 3+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven track record leading large-scale digital platforms and cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise CRM/engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Expertise in Salesforce, Genesys, MuleSoft, AWS; microservices/APIs/custom platform development.

Preferred
- Experience with SPI/PHI and HIPAA-compliant systems.
- Identity and consent management platform familiarity.
- AI/ML exposure for patient engagement (personalization/automation).
