Key Responsibilities
- Co-architect the RYZ101 brand (positioning, messaging, segmentation, competitive differentiation); translate customer/market/clinical insights to accelerate adoption.
- Lead market-shaping initiatives (disease awareness, ecosystem development, thought leader strategy).
- Contribute to pipeline readiness via a scalable launch excellence framework.
- Own the RYZ101 commercial launch plan; build an integrated omnichannel approach (digital, CRM, field enablement, health-system engagement, patient-facing).
- Partner with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Patient Services, and Commercial Operations to align the launch ecosystem.
- Champion AI-enabled marketing capabilities (predictive analytics, next-best-action, modular content, rapid experimentation).
- Build and shape the marketing function (ways of working, performance standards, insight-driven culture); lead through influence in a matrix; manage agencies/vendors.
- Define and track the launch scorecard and KPIs; manage the marketing budget; ensure continuity from NDA filing through post-approval growth.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s required; advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, related) plus.
- 8–10+ years pharmaceutical/biotech marketing with significant oncology exposure and at least one full product launch; RPT preferred.
- Plus: first-to-market/complex modality launches (radiopharmaceuticals, cell/gene therapy, other infrastructure-dependent products).
- Proven cross-functional launch planning/execution; leadership via influence.
- Knowledge of healthcare/payer/site-of-care dynamics for nuclear medicine and oncology.
- Strong analytical/strategic planning; comfort with modern analytics and responsibly governed AI-enabled approaches.
