Responsibilities:
- Lead the organization’s technology strategy and ensure IT systems, services, and infrastructure support business objectives.
- Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and best practices aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with executives and department leads to understand technology needs and advise on solutions supporting organizational growth.
- Oversee the operation, maintenance, and reliability of IT systems, hardware, software, and networks.
- Implement and ensure reliable data-powered reporting, analytics, and emerging AI cases.
- Ensure network security and data protection; oversee disaster recovery, business continuity, and backup procedures.
- Evaluate and enforce compliance with federal, industry, and internal security requirements.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor IT staff (hiring, training, performance evaluation).
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing IT culture focused on innovation, customer service, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and oversee the IT department budget; allocate resources cost-effectively.
- Direct and manage IT-related projects to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
- Manage IT vendors (procurement, contract negotiations, performance oversight).
- Coordinate technology requirements and deliverables across departments and stakeholders.
- Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, documentation standards, and access controls.
- Identify vulnerabilities, risks, and opportunities for improvement across systems and operations.

Qualifications / Skills Required:
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 7+ years MIS/IT management experience.
- Extensive hands-on experience with mid-tier ERP systems (e.g., SAP), including implementation and integration of accounting, distribution, and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of GMP to support quality, safety, and regulatory standards; software systems and data integrity.
- Proven leadership, project management, analytical, and communications skills.
- Experience in a Med Tech/Life Sciences company preferred.
- Broad knowledge of current and emerging technologies; ability to evaluate trends against organizational needs.
- Strong collaboration, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills; ability to explain technology solutions in business terms and lead others.
