Responsibilities:
- Own the MAx AI innovation portfolio: maintain AI roadmap/first-wave priorities; define value hypotheses and success metrics; build a pipeline of second-wave opportunities.
- Run a disciplined pilot engine: create pilot plans; lead first-wave pilots end-to-end (delivery, measurement, stabilization); track outcomes/risks/decisions for scale/iterate/stop-go.
- Build digital solutions with partners as product/co-owner; define user needs and requirements with Digital, IT, and Data partners.
- Design for adoption: map workflows and pain points; apply user-centered design; embed into operating rhythms; develop change/training/communications plans.
- Scale what works: develop playbooks/documentation; execute transition/knowledge transfer; stabilize post-handoff.
- Measure and continuously improve KPIs (e.g., cycle time, forecast accuracy, productivity gains, utilization, adoption) and capture learnings.
- Partner with stakeholders/vendors across Access Strategy, International Market Access, Global/US Pricing, Legal, IT, and Intelligence; manage external partners when needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MPH/MS/PharmD or equivalent preferred.
- 10+ years in pharma/healthcare with Market Access, Pricing, Commercialization, and/or related functions.
- Proven delivery from concept→pilot→scale/handoff in complex matrix environments.
- Digital fluency (data products, automation, modern collaboration tools).
- Experience leading/contributing to AI and/or digital transformation.
- Iterative delivery experience (requirements/user stories, testing, deployment, adoption).
- Ability to assess emerging technologies (incl. GenAI) for value/feasibility/risk; translate learnings into next-wave use cases.
- Executive-ready communication; proactive program/stakeholder management in ambiguity.
