Director of GMP IT Operations, Infrastructure Architecture

Role: Lead IT/OT infrastructure architecture within a regulated biopharma manufacturing environment, ensuring reliable, secure, and compliant operations across data centers, networking, and wireless systems. Responsibilities: define and implement infrastructure design (hyper-converged systems, advanced networking, wireless), oversee data center and network operations, maintain security compliant with frameworks like NIST CSF, IEC 62443, and ISO 27001, and ensure adherence to GxP, FDA, and other regulatory standards. Manage third-party vendors, lead incident escalation, and collaborate with corporate IT and automation teams; mentor and develop a technical team across Helpdesk, Server, Network, and Desktop functions. Qualifications: BS/BA in IT or related field; 8+ (Senior Manager) or 10+ years (Associate Director) of progressively responsible experience, including minimum 3 years in FDA-regulated environments; demonstrated expertise in infrastructure architecture, security frameworks, vendor management, ITIL practices, and GxP compliance.
