Role: Associate Director, Clinical Operations overseeing global oncology Phase 2/3 trials, primarily in NSCLC and colorectal cancer. Responsibilities: lead clinical trial strategy and execution, vendor management, compliance with GCP/ICH, risk mitigation, budget oversight, and ensuring inspection readiness. Manage cross-functional collaborations with regulatory, clinical science, data management, and quality teams; oversee TMF quality and vendor contracts; mentor clinical team members; drive process improvements. Requirements: Bachelor's in life sciences or related field; over 10 years' experience managing international oncology clinical trials (Phases II/III); strong leadership, planning, negotiation, and communication skills; deep understanding of drug development, GCP, and ICH guidelines. Preferred: problem-solving skills, global study experience, and expertise in regulatory interactions.
