Role Summary

Director, NPS Program Strategy & Management leads product and program strategy to support patient access and achieve product and portfolio objectives. The role owns ongoing planning, evaluation, and optimization of short‑term and long‑term program performance, encompassing end‑to‑end patient and provider journeys and all NPS programs and services. Located at the East Hanover site with 20% travel; relocation is not provided and local candidates will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a core cross‑functional NPS team focused on launching new brands and managing ongoing patient support programs, including refinement and measurement of the post‑prescription experience.
  • Serve as NPS subject matter expert on the immunology portfolio and provide inputs to Portfolio Strategy & Lifecycle Management for program designs related to onboarding, co‑pay, adherence, e‑services, and hub operations to align with product P&L and objectives.
  • Drive integration of NPS priorities and program performance with identified product priorities, strategies, and KPIs.
  • Support marketplace and competitive landscape assessments to inform future NPS support for the Immunology portfolio.
  • Collaborate with training, NPS Centers of Excellence, field reimbursement, market access and NPS Manager Program Operations to inform field reimbursement team training.
  • Liaise with NPS Enterprise Intelligence and Insights to gather external benchmarking and best practices, and coordinate with internal resources across marketing, sales, patient coordinators, and reimbursement managers.
  • Support successful implementation of new NPS services, including planning, budgeting, staffing, and operational support.
  • Oversee creation of patient access and reimbursement content with NPS Content Development Center of Excellence to support field execution of Immunology patient programs.

Qualifications

  • Required: 7+ years of pharma commercial experience, with at least 3 years in patient services and/or market access; proven success in Hub Services; ability to connect commercial, financial, and clinical perspectives to develop value messages and strategies; strong understanding of patient access journey and impact across participants and vendors; excellent written and verbal communication; experience with sales force communications; track record of leading cross‑functional teams.
  • Preferred: In‑depth knowledge of specialty product distribution and service models; understanding of patient services challenges/opportunities; experience with specialty/buy‑and‑bill products; home office marketing experience; prior consultant or vendor experience.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree (PharmD, RN, or MBA a plus)

  • Travel: 20% travel as defined by the business (domestic and/or international).
