Role: Lead Pfizerโs global network security operations as Director, responsible for managing day-to-day security monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement of security controls across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. Responsibilities: develop and execute a strategic vision incorporating Zero Trust principles; oversee operational management of security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs; lead incident response and risk mitigation; ensure compliance with regulatory standards like NIST, ISO 27001; report performance metrics to leadership; and guide cross-functional teams including security engineering and infrastructure. Requirements: Bachelorโs in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field; 8+ years in cybersecurity, with 5+ years in leadership roles; expertise in enterprise security tools and cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP); experience in regulated, large-scale environments; strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills; and proactive problem-solving capability. Preferred: Certifications such as CISSP, CCNP, GIAC; deep understanding of security frameworks; ability to influence senior stakeholders. High-Value: Focus on Zero Trust security in a global pharma context, overseeing security operations for critical digital assets, supporting Pfizerโs digital resilience and compliance. Work Setup: Hybrid, onsite 2-3 days/week, with less than 20% travel.
