Director, Network Security Operations

Role: Director of Network Security Operations overseeing Pfizer's global cybersecurity infrastructure. Responsibilities: lead daily network security monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement; develop long-term security strategies focused on Zero Trust principles; manage a distributed team supporting firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and cloud security; ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS; partner with engineering and cybersecurity teams for capability integration; oversee third-party security providers; report on KPIs and risk metrics.
