Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial engagement strategy for lung cancer thought leaders (academic researchers, digital opinion leaders, and key influencers).
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement strategies and manage thought-leader/key account interactions aligned to business goals.
- Capture therapeutic/competitive insights to inform positioning, messaging, and stakeholder engagement.
- Aggregate insights with the Senior Director and disseminate via the Insights Team.
- Execute commercial launch strategies, managing thought-leader interactions throughout.
- Identify and engage promotional speakers for regional/national events; identify and nominate speakers for the Speaker Bureau.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with thought leaders; keep them informed on Nuvalent activities/portfolio/strategy.
- Partner with Legal/Compliance to ensure compliant customer engagement.
- Coordinate connectivity across internal stakeholders; co-lead Commercial Advisory Boards.
- Execute the Thought Leader Engagement Congress strategy.
- Support brand initiatives using KOL needs (e.g., KOL videos, peer-to-peer, product theaters) and compliantly support field needs (e.g., KOL introductions, speaker bureau nominations, KOL expert panels).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferable).
- 10+ years biopharma experience with oncology launch experience.
- 3+ years as a Thought Leader Liaison in Oncology.
- 5+ years commercial oncology experience in the U.S. (sales/marketing or related).
- Manage multiple projects, prioritize, communicate across organizational levels.
- Recruit/onboard/coach/retain talent; strong leadership/mentorship.
- Strong understanding of analytics/operations tools.
- Excellent written/verbal/presentation skills.
- Travel up to 50% domestically.

Preferred:
- Lung cancer experience.
- Prior Thought Leader Liaison engagement and/or scientific exchange in lung cancer.

Annual Salary Range: $216,000β€”$252,000 USD.
