Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of National Accounts & Field Reimbursement in developing and implementing strategic access initiatives with payer accounts (Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid).
- Assist with preparation and execution of cross-functional account plans and presentations for payer customers.
- Lead field reimbursement support for field-based teams in specific sales regions post-approval.
- Partner with Sales to equip teams with clear, compliant payer and reimbursement messaging.
- Coordinate field reimbursement activities to resolve coverage, coding, and payment issues post-approval.
- Organize executive-level payer meetings and follow-up communications.
- Assist with development/refinement of reimbursement and payer materials (e.g., value dossiers, payer slide decks).
- Monitor account-level activity and support execution against timeline, performance, and reporting objectives.
- Track and analyze market trends and policy changes to inform payer strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain consistent messaging and customer experience.
- Share payer insights and competitive intelligence between field and leadership.

Qualifications:
- B.S. degree; 8+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech with 5+ years in Market Access, National Accounts, or Field Reimbursement.
- Familiarity with U.S. payer systems (Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid).
- Experience supporting oncology products (IV and/or oral).
- Minimum 5 years oncology experience.
- Oral and IV experience.
- Deep understanding of U.S. payer trends and established executive relationships with national/regional and commercial/government plans.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities; strong cross-functional communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated teamwork/leadership; ability to influence without positional authority.
- Effective problem-solving and agile decision-making.
- Excellent written/oral/group communication skills.
- Proven success developing executive-level approval of contract business cases with financial analytics.

Preferred:
- Experience at a small/emerging biopharmaceutical company.
- Master’s or advanced degree.
- Previous experience launching oncology/specialty products.
- Established relationships with payer/reimbursement stakeholders.
