Reporting to the Vice President of Market Access, Biologics, the National Account Director (NAD) leads execution of market access and reimbursement strategies for the current portfolio and future pipeline products across payer coverage, reimbursement, pricing, contracting, and access strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Lead account management for assigned National Accounts (access/reimbursement strategy, formulary coverage, medical policy, contracting, relationship management).
- Build strategic relationships with Medical Directors, Pharmacy Directors, and other executive decision-makers.
- Develop and execute customer-specific market access strategies for current and future pipeline products.
- Collaborate with executive management on payer strategy, product positioning, pricing, and contracting.
- Negotiate contracts to optimize reimbursement access while protecting ASP and gross-to-net performance.
- Lead market access strategy for buy & bill biologics/biosimilars/specialty products and future rare disease assets.
- Partner cross-functionally to drive reimbursement support, formulary access, and pull-through.
- Provide insights on payer trends, competitive dynamics, reimbursement policy changes, and access barriers.
- Review/analyze product performance and communicate payer account performance internally.
- Represent the company at PCMA, AMCP, and Asembia; partner with Legal/Regulatory/Compliance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s required; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years U.S. payer national account management at NAD/Sr. NAD level.
- 5+ years managing biologic and medical benefit drugs preferred; strong experience with biologic/biosimilar/specialty/rare disease launches.

Skills/Attributes:
- Demonstrated payer strategy/business planning and problem-solving.
- Strong negotiation skills and financial acumen.
- Deep industry relationships; pharma payer customer-facing experience.
- Knowledge of reimbursement/access and manufacturer compliance; HUB/co-pay/patient services experience.
- U.S. product launch experience required (preference: specialty/biologic/biosimilar/buy & bill/rare disease).
- Knowledge of Medicare Parts A-D, Medicaid, and commercial payer policies/processes; strong communication, leadership, cross-functional collaboration, data/reporting ability.
- Travel up to 50%.
