Director, Multicultural Inclusive Marketing

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and help implement an integrated multicultural/inclusive marketing strategy (unbranded and branded) for Rezdiffra and pipeline assets.
- Acquire customer and market insights via advisory boards, focus groups, and primary market research to understand needs, behaviors, and barriers of diverse populations (e.g., women with MASH and comorbidities, Hispanic/Latino, African American, Asian; other segments to be defined).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DTC/HCP marketing, corporate affairs/patient advocacy, medical affairs, regulatory, legal) to ensure compliant and culturally appropriate content.
- Partner with thought leaders, community organizations, advocacy groups, and healthcare professionals to build trust and engagement in underserved communities.
- Co-create educational campaigns and culturally relevant content across channels (digital, print, social media, patient education materials).
- Ensure marketing materials comply with pharmaceutical regulatory, legal, and medical guidelines/policies (e.g., FDA/OPDP).
- Track and analyze campaign performance and optimize initiatives.
- Manage relationships with agencies and vendors.

Required & Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Health, or related field (MBA or MPH preferred).
- 12–15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare marketing or advertising with significant multicultural marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of cultural nuances and health disparities; multilingual candidates preferred.
- Experience in regulated environments (pharma/biotech preferred).
- Knowledge of FDA advertising and promotion guidelines.
- Domestic business travel up to 20%.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
