Key Responsibilities
- Develop and help implement an integrated multicultural/inclusive marketing strategy (unbranded and branded) for Rezdiffra and pipeline assets.
- Acquire customer/market insights via advisory boards, focus groups, and primary research to understand needs, behaviors, and barriers of diverse populations.
- Partner cross-functionally (DTC/HCP marketing, corporate affairs/patient advocacy, medical affairs, regulatory, legal) to ensure compliant, culturally appropriate content.
- Identify and partner with thought leaders, community organizations, advocacy groups, and HCPs to build trust and engagement in underserved communities.
- Co-create educational campaigns and culturally relevant content across digital, print, social media, and patient education materials.
- Ensure marketing materials comply with pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and legal/medical guidelines.
- Track/analyze campaign performance and optimize future initiatives.
- Manage relationships with agencies and vendors.

Required & Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications/Public Health or related field (MBA/MPH preferred).
- 12–15+ years pharmaceutical/healthcare marketing or advertising experience, including significant multicultural marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of cultural nuances and health disparities; multilingual preferred.
- Experience in regulated environments (pharma/biotech strongly preferred).
- Knowledge of FDA advertising and promotion guidelines.
- Domestic travel up to 20%.
- Exceptional communication/storytelling/stakeholder management.
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
