Director - Molecular Science Liaison

Role: Establish and lead a team of Molecular Science Liaisons to communicate Caris Molecular Intelligence (CMI) value to external clients, primarily oncology Key Opinion Leaders. Responsibilities: manage daily team activities, develop staffing and training plans, track customer interactions, serve as scientific liaison between the medical community and Caris, deliver educational presentations, support molecular tumor boards, and participate in industry events and marketing review. Requirements: Ph.D., PharmD, or MD in a biological science related to cancer biology or pharmacology; 3+ years of management experience. Preferred: prior experience in pharma or clinical labs, customer-facing roles, and strong interpersonal skills.
