Director - Molecular Science Liaison

Role: Lead and manage the Molecular Science Liaisons (MSL) team at Caris, overseeing external scientific engagement and education in oncology. Responsibilities: develop staffing and training strategies, track MSL activities, facilitate communication between medical professionals and Caris's molecular intelligence offerings, deliver scientific presentations, support clinical and research collaborations, and represent Caris at industry events. Requirements: Ph.D., PharmD, or MD in a relevant biological science; 3+ years of management experience; strong communication and leadership skills. Preferred: experience in pharma or commercial lab environments, customer-facing roles, innovative thinking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. High-Value: focus on oncology, molecular diagnostics, customer engagement with physicians and key opinion leaders, scientific education, and promotion of Caris's molecular intelligence platform. Work setup: field-based role requiring regular travel; location flexible with a competitive salary range of $190K-$210K.
