Role: Director, Molecular Pathology leading spatial biomarker strategies within Translational Sciences for oncology RAS(ON) inhibitors. Responsibilities: define and execute molecular and spatial pathology workflows, integrate advanced modalities like spatial transcriptomics and AI/ML imaging, interpret complex pathology data, and collaborate cross-functionally with Translational Medicine, Bioinformatics, and Clinical teams. Manage external CRO partnerships and develop best practices for spatial biomarker analysis. Requirements: PhD/MD in Cancer Biology or related field, 10+ years in digital pathology/spatial biology, deep expertise in spatial transcriptomics and advanced imaging technologies, proven ability to translate data into insights, strong collaboration and communication skills, bias for action. Preferred: hands-on experience with spatial pathology workflows, familiarity with AI/ML-assisted analysis, CRO management. High-Value: focus on oncology, RAS pathway, spatial and digital pathology, biomarker development, and integration into clinical strategies in a late-stage clinical setting. WorkSetup: not specified.
