Position Summary
The Director for Admilparant will provide deep disease state knowledge in pulmonary disease (interstitial lung disease, COPD) leadership and direction to the US/Global Medical team; work with the medical matrix to focus on strategy, planning, development, and implementation of the US/Global medical plan. Reports to the Senior Director, Admilparant Medical Program Lead.

Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of the US/Global medical plan (product and disease specific) aligned with US Commercialization and WW Medical, translating strategies into US/Global Medical launch and lifecycle management plans.
- Identify US/Global Medical data generation strategies; collaborate with Medical Evidence Generation to oversee Investigator Sponsored Research (ISR) programs from concept through execution; report evidence at scientific congresses and in peer-reviewed publications and BMS communications.
- Provide independent thought on projects; manage projects to completion, anticipating/resolving obstacles.
- Attend major conferences and coordinate medical affairs activities.
- Develop and execute projects to provide background and additional data addressing commercial/scientific/data needs.
- Serve as medical strategy point on select scientific topics (scientific messages, slide decks, review content/publications).
- Collaborate on the Customer Impact Plan; maintain alignment of team activities.
- Communicate with external thought leaders and internal field teams to provide medical education/support.
- Partner with Discovery, Translational, Clinical Research, Regulatory, and Health Outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree (PharmD, MD, PhD, PA/NP).
- MD/DO (Pulmonary Imaging/Clinical Pulmonology) preferred.
- Familiar with all phases of drug development.
- Healthcare landscape knowledge/insight; influence with national thought leaders.
- Excellent analytical, communication (verbal/written), and organization/time management skills.
- Experience developing abstracts, manuscripts, posters, slides; presenting at scientific meetings.
- Ability to manage cross-functional/matrix teams; people management experience; autonomy/business acumen.
- Influencing/negotiation skills.
- Expected 30% travel within the continental US.
- Based in Princeton, NJ.
