Role: Lead medical communications within Medical Affairs for Replimune’s oncology-focused oncolytic immunotherapies, supporting product lifecycle and scientific dissemination. Responsibilities: develop and oversee scientific communications plans, review publications, abstracts, and congress content for accuracy and compliance, and ensure timely, strategic messaging aligned with data from corporate and investigator-sponsored studies. Contribute to building a best-in-class medical communication function, stay current on scientific advances in cancer immunotherapy, and serve as a scientific resource internally and externally. Requirements: PhD or PharmD; >5 years in biopharma, with >3 years in Medical Affairs, especially in medical communications/publications; experience managing vendors/projects preferred. Skills: strong scientific acumen in oncology, excellent communication, regulatory knowledge, project management, and stakeholder collaboration. High-Value: oncology (cancer immunotherapy), oncolytic virus platform, product lifecycle support, publication and congress experience, compliance with medical communication standards. WorkSetup: hybrid or remote; travel approximately 20% domestically and internationally.
