Director, Medical Insights Platform Lead

Role: Lead technical architecture and development of Pfizer's Medical Insights platform, InsightXplorer, ensuring scalability, reliability, and integration of regional and business needs. Responsibilities: own platform design, prioritize build sequencing, evaluate new data sources, AI methods, and drive innovation; collaborate cross-functionally with Digital & Technology, Data Governance, and infrastructure teams; translate platform capabilities into stakeholder value, support change management. Requirements: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field; 8+ years in data platform development, with experience architecting or leading analytics platforms in pharma or biotech, evaluating AI/analytics approaches, and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority. Preferred: advanced degree (MS/PhD), hands-on proficiency with analytics tools (Python ML frameworks, Tableau, Dataiku), and experience building self-service data platforms.
