Role: Director of Biostatistics leading exploratory data analyses, real-world evidence, and health economics initiatives within a late-stage oncology company focused on RAS-mutant cancers. Responsibilities: provide strategic and hands-on statistical expertise for clinical trial data, post-marketing research, and collaborations with cross-functional teams; design, analyze, and interpret complex models including survival and causal inference; manage external vendor relationships; mentor junior statisticians; contribute to regulatory interactions and scientific publications. Requirements: Ph.D. or M.S. in Statistics/Biostatistics; 8+ years (Ph.D.) or 12+ years (M.S.) experience in biotech/pharma, with strong oncology statistical methodology knowledge, especially survival analysis and causal inference; proficiency in SAS/R; understanding of regulatory standards. Preferred: experience with real-world data, HEOR, machine learning, and advanced modeling approaches.
