The role requires leadership in scientific communication, supporting clinical trial initiatives, and maintaining industry relationships. Requirements: 6+ years in pharmaceutical industry with at least 2-3 years in ML or similar roles, 6 years of management experience including leading field medical personnel, advanced healthcare degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, etc.), and experience in therapeutic areas like diabetes or endocrinology preferred. High-value: includes experience in medical affairs leadership, relationship building with opinion leaders, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration in a regulated, GxP environment. Travel encompasses 50-75% overnight within the US Southeast territory (FL, GA, LA, NC, SC). Location: US-based, preferably near a major airport. The position offers a competitive salary range ($250,000–$320,000), bonus, long-term incentives, and comprehensive benefits, emphasizing leadership in a dynamic, patient-focused pharmaceutical setting.
