Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted strategic partner to MAx leaders; support delivery of functional and enterprise priorities.
- Coordinate priority MAx initiatives/workstreams to ensure alignment across regions and functions.
- Lead planning and execution of leadership forums (LT meetings, town halls, offsites).
- Generate strategic insights by integrating performance data, market trends, and organizational inputs; support proactive risk management.
- Oversee core MAx operations (planning, budgeting, communications, resource coordination).
- Drive key enterprise processes (objective setting, talent/performance cycles, compensation planning).
- Establish/evolve processes, tools, and best practices to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Own agenda-setting and follow-through for critical internal forums to ensure accountability.
- Align and communicate metrics/performance impact of large-scale initiatives.
- Serve as central coordination point for enterprise/cross-functional MAx initiatives; enable communication cascades.
- Partner with Commercial Strategy & Operations on alignment across POAs, launches, and brand planning.
- Foster collaboration, innovation, inclusion, and accountability; support onboarding/integration.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years in Market Access, Pricing, Strategy, Operations, or related roles in pharma/healthcare.
- Experience leading in a complex, global, highly matrixed organization.
- Proven cross-functional, enterprise-level initiative leadership; influence senior stakeholders without authority.
- Strong understanding of global market access, pricing, reimbursement, evidence generation.
- Track record translating strategy into execution (planning/governance/performance/operations).
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and external partners.
