Role Summary

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven marketing director to drive the strategy and execution of Zusduri. The ideal candidate has deep product management expertise, strong clinical and analytical acumen, deep understanding of regulatory environments, and proven experience bringing innovative ideas from concept to commercialization. The position requires a motivated, energetic candidate with a collaborative, can-do attitude, as well as previous pharmaceutical/biotech experience in a brand management role. The selected candidate will have a key strategic and operational leadership role in a small and nimble organization, gain extensive exposure to all aspects of a US commercial team, and help to shape the vibrant culture and working processes of an emerging biotech company.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development and execution of the promotional platforms for Zusduri: creative campaign, messaging, engagement, digital, key materials for field force and non-personal delivery.
  • Effectively translate clinical data and customer insights into promotional strategies, messaging, and tactical planning.
  • Manage creative agencies to create and roll out real world data, guidelines, and other new messages as the brand evolves.
  • Effectively drive tactics through the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory approval process.
  • Collaborate effectively with the commercial field organization to communicate clear brand priorities and seek feedback to improve marketing tactics.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to a range of internal stakeholders, including executive leadership team, and external audiences.
  • Communicate product vision and updates effectively across the organization
  • Engage directly with key opinion leaders, researchers, and clinical partners to gather insights
  • Define and track KPIs to assess product performance and inform decision-making

Qualifications

  • Required: Minimum of 7 years pharma marketing experience. Oncology or urology marketing preferred.
  • Preferred: Launch experience strongly preferred.
  • Required: Collaborative, flexible, can-do attitude.
  • Required: Startup, strategic, problem-solver mindset.
  • Required: Demonstrated ability to lead with influence across cross-functional groups and foster a culture of teamwork and high performance.
  • Required: Demonstrated ability to coordinate, prioritize, and manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Required: Demonstrated success operating within US legal-regulatory environment affecting promotional activities.
  • Required: Strong written and oral communication skills to prepare and deliver effective presentations to field-based and internal colleagues as well as corporate management.
