Responsibilities:
- Lead development and implementation of brand strategic marketing for CAR-T therapy within the Immunology portfolio.
- Monitor product performance, competitive environment, and customer base to identify and drive plan changes.
- Manage ROI assessments of tactical programs with Sales leadership; ensure execution across field force(s).
- Coordinate with extended brand team across Sales, Managed Markets, Medical, Clinical, Regulatory, Training, Finance to build consensus.
- Present strategy and action plans to senior management to address competitive threats and market events.
- Collaborate with Global on critical brand issues to align with global strategy.
- Provide leadership to brand teams: coaching, advising, and developing team members.
- Lead preparation and launch of new indication(s) (market size, opportunity, forecasting) aligned with Global pre-marketing/marketing plans and execution.
- Oversee market research initiatives and anticipate market reactions.
- Provide cross-functional leadership (GPT members such as DRA/Clinical/TRD) to ensure brand integrity across pricing, safety messaging, pharmacovigilance, regulatory interactions, manufacturing, packaging, distribution, and supply forecasting.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA in Marketing (preferred).
- 8+ years commercial marketing experience (multi-functional pharma/healthcare/CPG preferred).
- Experience using data/insights/analytics and behavioral approaches to optimize marketing performance.
- US brand experience in competitive categories; blockbuster specialty treatment launch experience preferred.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication with varied stakeholders (incl. legal/regulatory/compliance/global).
- Track record developing talent and building high-performing teams.
- Knowledge of specialty distribution and ability to navigate regulatory/compliance/legal environments.

Desirable:
- Marketing across early lifecycle (pre-launch/launch).
- Agile approach familiarity.

Location/Travel:
- East Hanover, NJ (not remote). Up to 20% travel.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Salary range: $185,500–$344,500/year; performance cash incentive; possible annual equity awards; benefits including health/life/disability and 401(k) with company match; generous time off.
