EPKINLY is currently the first and only bispecific approved in 3L+ DLBCL and 2L+ FL.

The EPK Marketing Director will lead U.S. launch readiness for earlier line EPK regimens in DLBCL. This role has people management responsibilities and will establish the cross-functional launch team and lead strategy, positioning, messaging, go-to-market, and tactical planning to ensure launch success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Align and lead overarching launch strategy; lead through ambiguity with scenario planning.
- Determine resource investment for brand; partner with Alliance on budget management.
- Set tone and priorities for scale and scope of accountability.
- Synthesize market research and performance analytics to inform ongoing strategy and innovation.
- Partner with Sales, Medical, Market Access, and cross-functional stakeholders to execute integrated launch and promotional initiatives.
- Triangulate market dynamics, stakeholder needs, and business priorities to determine best course of action.
- Influence and persuade across multiple external and internal stakeholders.
- Lead and develop direct, indirect, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 8+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing or relevant industry marketing roles.
- Strong independent drive and strategic problem-solving.
- Comfortable working fast-paced in a dynamic, matrixed organization and through ambiguity.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management; cross-functional experience.
- Ability to develop and execute marketing and brand strategies.
- Strong understanding of industry landscape (trends, competition, customer needs).
- Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance, and promotional guidelines.
