Requirements: 8+ years in biotech/pharma commercial roles, with at least three years in marketing, ideally with experience in rare diseases and product launches in competitive markets. Familiarity with clinical data insights, drug development processes, and digital marketing is essential. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, organization, collaboration, and entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
