Director, Market Research Integrated Insights, HIV Prevention (Foster City, CA)
Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and execute the market research plan supporting HIV prevention products.
- Manage market research studies: objectives, design, vendor selection/oversight, data collection monitoring, analysis, and interpretation.
- Create presentations of market research insights for Brand Leadership and Senior Management.
- Monitor key market events and assess potential impact.
- Present tailored insights to Senior Management.
- Partner cross-functionally (Sales Analytics, Forecasting, Commercial Learning & Development, Managed Markets, Brand team) to compile/analyze sales and trend data and recommend corrective actions.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs + 12 years experience OR Masterβs + 10 years OR PhD + 8 years.
Preferred Qualifications (examples):
- 10+ years in market research and sales/marketing analysis (pharma/biotech preferred).
- Quantitative/qualitative primary & secondary market research; broad technique expertise.
- Strong data analysis and ability to communicate complex quantitative findings clearly.
- Project/task management; meet tight deadlines; solutions-oriented, creative problem solving.
- Market research commercial strategy experience (in-line and launch).
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication/presentation skills.
