Specific Responsibilities:
- Partner with key stakeholders to design and execute market research that informs strategy and drives growth objectives for LIVDELZI.
- Lead end-to-end qualitative and quantitative market research among HCPs and patients: objective setting, study design, vendor selection/oversight, data collection, analysis, interpretation, and storytelling.
- Present market research insights to brand leadership and senior management.
- Monitor key market events and assess potential impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Commercial/Sales Analytics, Forecasting, Global, Managed Markets, Brand) to understand sales/market trends and recommend corrective actions or additional research.
Essential Duties/Required Skills:
- Design and conduct primary/secondary quantitative and qualitative market research; quickly ramp in a competitive market.
- Use market research to inform commercial decision-making across brands/launches (including ambiguous/evolving markets).
- Strong data analysis, interpretation, and storytelling; communicate complex data clearly.
- Strong interpersonal leadership skills; lead/influence/resolve conflict and build consensus across cultures/disciplines.
- Strong oral/written communication and presentation.
- Excellent project/task management; meet tight deadlines amid changing priorities.
- Teamwork/collaboration.
- Travel up to 10%.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s + 12 years’ experience OR Master’s + 10 years’ OR PhD + 8 years.
Qualifications (Preferred):
- 12+ years relevant experience required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years in market research/marketing sciences/strategic consulting or related biotech/pharma roles.
- Rare disease market experience is a plus (not required).
Benefits/Compensation (as stated):
- Salary range: $226,185.00–$292,710.00; may include discretionary bonus and long-term incentives; paid time off; benefits include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
