Key Responsibilities
- Lead U.S. forecast transition and launch-readiness planning for assets approaching commercialization (within ~2 years of U.S. launch).
- Partner with global forecasting teams to understand assumptions, market models, epidemiology, patient flow, competitive context, evidence expectations, and uncertainties.
- Translate global forecast inputs into U.S.-specific planning assumptions (market size, patient opportunity, treatment flow, adoption drivers, access considerations, competition, launch timing, scenario ranges).
- Support Senior Director with U.S. forecast assumptions, strategic planning inputs, scenario framing, launch-readiness narratives, risk/opportunity assessments, and senior leadership materials.
- Coordinate U.S. strategic planning timelines/deliverables, assumption-gathering, cross-functional inputs, reviews, and consolidated materials.
- Develop/maintain handoff processes ensuring clear ownership, traceability, documentation, and decision rights between global forecasting and U.S. planning.
- Partner with Analytics & Decision Support to build launch-readiness dashboards, trackers, comparison views, assumption logs, and source-of-truth reporting.
- Partner with Data/Technology, BIS, Finance, and analytics stakeholders to define requirements, automate recurring views, integrate inputs, and scale reporting structures.
- Synthesize research, competitive intelligence, access inputs, medical perspective, and U.S. feedback into planning implications and actions.
- Track external/internal signals impacting U.S. commercialization assumptions.
- Ensure launch-readiness activities comply with applicable privacy, legal, regulatory, procurement, finance, and pharmaceutical requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (business/scientific/quantitative/technical or related); advanced degree preferred.
- 8–10+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience in forecasting, market insights, commercial analytics, strategic/launch planning, pipeline transition, or decision support.
- Experience translating forecast assumptions, market research, competitive/clinical/regulatory inputs into actionable business planning.
- Strong commercialization planning knowledge (patient flow, epidemiology, market sizing, scenarios, access, competition, launch readiness).
- Strong analytics and tools experience (forecast models, dashboards, data viz, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
- Experience with medical/pharmacy claims and longitudinal patient data (e.g., IQVIA LAAD, NPA).
- Preferred: experience with claims/specialty pharmacy/syndicated/market research, longitudinal patient data, internal finance/demand data, and public-company disclosures.

Skills/Abilities
- Partner across global and U.S. teams; clarify decision rights; document assumptions; manage timelines.
- Communicate and present clearly; synthesize qualitative/quantitative inputs into recommendations.

People Leadership (No direct management)
- Individual contributor who leads through influence across cross-functional stakeholders; provide planning cadence, documentation standards, and cross-coverage between forecasting and analytics.
