Director, Market Development (Head & Neck Specialty)

Role: Senior leader responsible for developing and executing market development strategies to accelerate growth in nerve repair and regenerative medicine, aiming to establish Axogen’s solutions as standard of care. Responsibilities: drive market segmentation, positioning, and adoption through integrated marketing programs, shape evidence generation and reimbursement strategies, build key opinion leader and professional society relationships, analyze market data to inform decision-making, and lead cross-functional teams. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 10+ years in marketing, product management, or business development within medical device, biotech, or surgical implant sectors; experience in market development, disruptive technology scaling, and strategic planning; strong technical, clinical, and analytical acumen; excellent communication and leadership skills. Preferred: Experience in Head & Neck space and familiarity with nerve repair markets.
