Responsibilities
- Provide contract modeling and access analytics support to the US Market Access organization for in-line and near-term pipeline assets.
- Develop models/analytics for all phases of contracting (proposal development, contract analytics/model building, approval, performance monitoring).
- Partner with Marketing to align Market Access Strategy with brand objectives.
- Monitor payer reimbursement and competitive reimbursement trends; assess implications to product portfolio.
- Identify customer/industry trends with Market Access leadership for contracted and potentially contracted customers.
- Drive alignment across senior leadership at contracting steering committee meetings.
- Conduct analytics to support distribution strategy and patient support program design.
Knowledge/Skills
- Strong market access knowledge (distribution chain economics, government pricing regulations, contracting terms/approaches) and datasets (e.g., IQVIA, SHA, Model N, rebate claims).
- Ability to translate complex analytics into digestible presentations for senior leaders.
- Collaborate/influence cross-functional partners (sales/NAMs, contracting strategy, commercial & government contracting/pricing, marketing, commercial operations, finance, legal).
- Strong Excel modeling for scenario planning; intermediate SQL/SAS and Tableau desired.
Qualifications
- BS + 12 years OR MS + 10 years OR PhD + 8 years.
Preferred
- Contracting analytics or financial modeling experience; HCV, HIV, or rare disease experience.

- Salary range: $210,375–$272,250; may include bonus, long-term incentives, paid time off, and company-sponsored medical/dental/vision/life.
