About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as key point of contact for US Integrated Product Strategy Teams (IPST), representing market access in relevant product/platform meetings.
- Design, develop, and execute an integrated 3- to 5-year strategic access plan, integrating short- and long-term access strategies/tactics into annual product planning.
- Partner with Patient Support, Integrated Marketing, and Customer Engagement to ensure seamless execution of market access strategies.
- Work with Payer, Pricing, and Channel Strategy to ensure accurate annual forecasts reflecting market events.
- Socialize US market access product/platform strategies with Executive Leadership.
- Partner with brand and Market Access teams to secure annual budgets and ensure tactical plans align to strategy.
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Brand, and Marketing to ensure tactics are compliant and implemented expeditiously.
- Master the NVS Material Approval Process, including FUSE platform, pharma/FDA marketing policies, and vendor payment systems.
- Oversee critical market research (qualitative/quantitative) and determine go-to-market principles.
- Manage multiple budgets and deliverables, including interim project read-outs and ensuring deliverables stay within budget.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree required; MBA, Health Policy, or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of pharmaceutical experience in Marketing/Sales, Market Access, or Managed Care Finance.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare dynamics and drivers of pharmaceutical value.
- Proven execution in commercial pharmaceuticals.
- Ability to synthesize complex market dynamics into clear communications.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing, analytical, and matrix-collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple interdependent projects with deadlines.
- Ability to engage diverse stakeholders across product, marketing, and customer experience.
- Ability to implement programs that improve business results and adapt to internal/external change.
Benefits:
- Salary expected to range from $194,600 to $361,400 per year; performance-based cash incentive; potential eligibility for annual equity awards; US-based comprehensive benefits package including health, life, disability, and 401(k) with company contribution and match, plus time off (vacation, personal days, holidays, and other leaves).
