The Director, US Market Access Strategy (Cardiovascular & Metabolic) optimizes market access strategy for an inline brand, leading development and execution of a holistic product/platform access strategy to ensure optimal payer coverage, patient affordability, and durable value.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as key point of contact for US Integrated Product Strategy Teams (IPST); represent market access in relevant meetings.
- Design, develop, and execute an integrated 3–5 year access plan with short- and long-term tactics in annual planning.
- Coordinate with Patient Support, Integrated Marketing, and Customer Engagement to ensure seamless execution.
- Partner with Payer, Pricing, and Channel Strategy to ensure accurate annual forecasts.
- Communicate access opportunities/challenges to Executive Leadership.
- Partner with brand and Market Access teams to secure annual budgets and align tactical plans.
- Work with Legal, Compliance, Brand, and Marketing to implement compliant tactics.
- Manage NVS Material Approval Process (including FUSE, pharma/FDA marketing policies, vendor payment systems).
- Oversee critical market research and go-to-market principles.
- Manage multiple budgets/deliverables and run interim project read-outs for cross-functional alignment.

Essential Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/Health Policy or equivalent preferred.
- 7+ years in pharmaceutical Marketing/Sales, Market Access, or Managed Care Finance.
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare dynamics and pharmaceutical value drivers.
- Proven execution track record; ability to synthesize complex market dynamics.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing, analytical skills; matrix collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple interdependent projects and deadlines; timely adaptation to internal/external change.

Compensation & Benefits (summary): Salary expected $194,600–$361,400/year; performance cash incentive; potential annual equity eligibility; US benefits (health/life/disability, 401(k) match, time off).
